We are excited to be taking our first ever teams to FC Brings it On, set in Disney Land Paris! A fantastic European based comp, international bids available and also all set in the magic of Disney!

Please fully read the information on this page before registering for try outs using the link below. Non AV athletes may try out as well as AV athletes! If you are currently competing with another program, written permission from your coaches must be provided.

Teams

After our development period we have finalised the two teams that we will be taking to this comp. As this event will be on dead floor both teams will be competing at Level 2. This will give us the maximum chance for participation and also remaining competitive.

Age ranges

SCUK Junior Level 2 - Athletes aged 8-14 as of 31st August 2023
U16 Level 2 - Athletes with birth year 2007-2012 (inclusive)

Training times

Junior Level 2 - Wednesdays 5.30pm - 7.30pm
U16 - Thursdays 7pm - 9pm

Placement on the team would be offered on the basis that athletes are able to make ALL training sessions except when the gym is closed for holidays. 

Training and try outs for Paris teams is separate from main program try outs and is not dependant on the outcome of main try outs.

Fees and payments

Monthly training fees will be £35 per month for all athletes paid via our Coacha payment system on the 1st of each month starting July 1st.

 

Travel Information and costs

​

The full costs for the trip will be £730 per athlete and £680 per parent/guardian. This includes all costs below;

​

- Flights from Leeds Bradford airport

- Transfer costs

- 3 nights accommodation and breakfast (based on 4 per room)

- All comp entry fees
- 2 day Disney park ticket

- Merch

- Staff costs
- Team music

Payment will be split over 4 dates in order to help spread the cost. The first deposit of £250 will be due when accepting the spot with the remaining balance due before November 1st. Full payment information and schedule will be sent out after try outs. The deposit payment will be crucial to reserve and secure flights to avoid any price increase. If this price increases between now and try outs we will inform you when sending out placement offers.

Draft itinerary

Friday 24th November - Depart Leeds Bradford Airport 14:15. Arrive CDG 16:45 Check in hotel and relax
Saturday 25th November - Comp day! Compete daytime and team meal evening
Sunday 26th November - Full Disney Park day!
Monday 27th November - Disney Park morning, Depart CDG Airport 18:00 arrive LBA 18:30

Athlete welfare

 

Any athlete under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If your child is attending the competition but you are unable to travel with them, you must nominate an appropriate adult to take care of your child.

 

Aviators Cheer accept overall care of all team members whilst attending this event however the appropriate adult must take full personal responsibility for the welfare of your child from leaving Leeds to returning. More information will be given to you regarding this matter once your child has been accepted onto the team.
